Thank you Eddie Wiggins :) and all who had a part in helping me purchase my new vehicle. I loved my experience. I was treated with respect and they did everything to accommodate me from coffee to not pressuring me ... letting me test drive a number of vehicles since I really didn't know what I wanted ... Eddie spent a lot of time with me letting me figure out what was best for me ... this is my 3rd Chrysler experience and each time I have bought a new vehicle ... my previous one was 2007 (8yrs later I'm buying another) ... let me also mention that a week previous to this my husband also purchased a new work Truck ... they made my husband very happy that day especially since it was a very stressful day and he needed this done in a timely matter ... thank you Drew Amos !!! EDDIE & DREW are exceptional awesome guys and did everything for us ... a week later I went back and bought my new 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE ... I LOVE IT :)

Unfortunately, I had to take my vehicle here to be repaired because other shops don't have the ability to "reflashed" the computer. I called ahead the day prior to check on the cost of the part in question. ABS control module. I gave the VIN number and was told the part was $230 plus tax. The gentleman in parts gave me this song and dance that "getting the service done elsewhere they will mark up the price of the part." Fair enough, even if I had the part installed elsewhere I would still need to take it to the dealership to have the computer reflashed. So I figured I might as well get the whole thing taken care of at the dealership. MISTAKE. Takes them one and a half hours for the estimate and magically the $230 part becomes $292 plus tax. Not gonna happen. I called him on it and he lowered it to what it should have been in the first place. I am glad that I did my research. Wanted to charge me an additional $200 to fix a tire pressure monitor sensor. No thanks that lights been on since we bought the car. I'll just cover that light with some black electrical tape. Problem solved. Maybe the sales department is ok but service not so much.

Jason, We do apologize for the misunderstanding on the price of your part. I do know we have online discount coupons and many brands. This is in no way an excuse but I did want to explain there is many ways the price can differ. This is the 2nd car I purchased with Bill Victorelli as my salesman. Each of these purchases through Bill have been very, very satisfactory and he was extremely helpful for both of these business ventures. Keep Bill - don't let him retire!

I called to go test drive a car and they basically called me and was trying to get me to sell over the phone!!! The finance person was telling me requirements that I needed off of information they did not know and did not do a sale with me and all I wanted was to do a test drive and that didn't happen either! I went down to Phillips and had a great experience and bought a car within 2 hours and drove away!! This place needs to redirect their customer service no matter who the person is!!! Very stereotypical for a dealership which should not be the case!! I will never do business with them again!!

My experience at this dealership was outstanding. I was very hesitant and wary as I began the process of looking to buy a used car, as we all know the stereotype reputation of car sales people, but I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I dealt with Rob Audette, Charles Hunter, and Joanne in the credit dept, and they all went out of their way to make the experience as easy and accommodating as possible. I am VERY happy with my new car, a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, which has everything I wanted and more. And the process went much smoother than I imagined. So I most definitely recommend anyone to visit this dealership when looking for their next vehicle and I hope you have an experience as awesome as mine was. Thank you to all who I dealt with and I'm looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship as I return to keep my car properly serviced and maintained in the future.

I bought a very nice car at Bill Bryan, but feel stupid for allowing myself to be bullied and cheated the way I was. In what ways was I cheated? 1. The salesman did not acknowledge the online price I came for, but insisted on $3000 higher. 2. I gave my bottom price, and was told they could come close. The way they did it was to give me such an incredibly low price on my trade-in that didn't make sense. Like $ 7,000 less than wholesale value. When I said 'no way', the salesman said they already had sold it - I looked out to our car and saw that sure enough, there was a guy driving off with it. 3. Turns out they have guys from used car dealerships standing by to quickly snap up these cars that I saw as being stolen. I hadn't even signed the title, and the car was gone. They are getting rich off of unscrupulous deals they make with folks who live in the villages, then again when they sell their cars to the next buyer. I have never been so cheated on a car deal in my life...so no, I would never recommend this dealership. Especially Mike, who I consider a very smooth talking crook, who likes to play the 'i'll see what the manager can do, game.

I had a wonderful experience at Bill Bryan. This was the first time I've bought a car at a dealership, but Eddie listened to not just what I wanted and also what I needed. He got me into a wonderful vehicle that my son adores. I will definitely go back in the future! :D

Our sales rep Anita Janes was awesome! We bought our Dodge Journey in October of 2014 and love our car. Anita had only working at Bill Bryan's for about a week I think ( you would have never know though) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We just took our car for it's first oil change and the service staff was wonderful. Thank you everyone at Bill Bryan
