PASS on the photo op, you can take all the photos you want by yourself. We were there about 7pm, dark at the time so got to see a lot of the cool lights and the harbor. It was when the ports were closed, so we got to see a lot of the ships moored waiting to be offloaded, great shots.... I would go back without a doubt, it would be night time still, the day time you just would see all the construction..... Have a blast!

Got VIP tickets for the ferris wheel and they treated us as VIP! Overall amazing experience!

We went during a gorgeous, clear summer day and the Great Wheel really lived up to it's name. The 360 view over the water and rolling city was amazing. There was a little bit of construction so navigating to the location was awkward, but it was worth the trouble. On a nice day, do not miss this!

Nice views. Got lots of pictures of the space needle and the ocean. This is the first Ferris wheel I've been on that has let me go alone, very peaceful.

i convinced my traveling partner to take this with me as it looked like a bit of harmless fun. I was subsequently regretful and feeling guilty when it turned out to be slow, not that high, and show nothing beyond the view from half way up pike st. Only difference is, pike st won't cost you an arm and a leg.

Did they reinvent the wheel?? No not really. Just what you would expect. Beautiful view at night. The cabins are heated which was nice! You should go at least once!

I liked the Seattle Great Wheel. It's $13 for adults, which seems like a fair price for the view of the city that you get. They say you get 3 trips around, but we ended up getting closer to 6 or 7. I might have given fewer stars if we only got 3; that definitely would have been too short. We went up on a really clear, sunny day, which made it even better. I wouldn't recommend going if it's rainy and foggy - you won't be able to see much.
