They are finish cook low and slow about 250 degress for about 2 hours put some hot sauce on them. Put them over a open flame for 2 and half min to give them a little sear. Caution if you have ulcers Do Not Attempted.

All done and ready devour!

Chicken legs and thighs all rubbed down sitting in some apple juice with a pat of butter. Ready to go on the Traeger with some Cherry pellets for smoke. I'll smoke these for 1 1/2 hours with the skin down and then I'll turn them over and let them smoke another hour with the skin side up, then I'll dip them in my homemade chicken glaze and let them cook for another 45 min to an hour. We'll see you all then.
