the world's super-power does get it wrong most times!

 people want to spend money but there is no one to take that money!!!

Please note if this review is being read by the company officials, they need to tighten their service team - at least in Mumbai. I am the most unfortunate of their product users. My complaints for service of their product which was faultily repaired by their own inexperienced technician is being ignored. I had a SymphonySauna 3l instant water heater bought more than 2 yrs back In the first 2 yrs, their product needed service as their wiring was faulty. But the service people never were open enough to accept this problem. In 2010 when the problem came up first, their service manager Mr. Jani in Mumbai arranged to get the service person Mr Vijay to come and check the product. Getting this person Vijay to visit your place is like inviting the PM to visit your place, he acts so pricey. He turned up almost a month after constant follow with him. When he came, he rearranged some wiring and said the product was ready to use. This seemed ok, as the product was fine for almost a year. Then again, around the same time of the year 2011, the wiring seem to have shorted. This time Mr. Vijay was not directly contactable but still he made me wait for more than a month to come and visit and check the product. It seemed this time, there was a wire heating up causing the product to short which he fixed again. In 2012, again the same issue repeated around Jul mid. This time the same technician was not available and I was routed to a new IVR system to file a complaint. Complaint collection mechanism had improved, but complaint attending system was worse than before. I had to now follow up with their service center in Sion several times, and their phone attendants kept passing the wrong message to the service people. I again went through hell trying to get someone to come to my place. I wrote a complaint to their quality manager in Ahmedabad and then called him up. He was unruly enough to tell me that I am not scheduling my time around their technicians' timing. Finally I got a new young trainee technician Mr Patil to visit the product who in his enthusiasm said that this company's product was worse and that I should go for Jaguar water heaters This is enough to say what the company is like and what their service commitment is. After this technician did some rewiring, within a month the product this time burst in flames. After that I again filed another complaint and got a complaint number VIJ-29J12002 on 29Oct 12 at 1139am. This complaint is still pending servicing. He came once after a followup and told me the thermostat switch is blown. He said he would return to me after Diwali. Followed up Mr. Vijay but he has not returned my calls. I am sitting on a dead product and my money and time has gone down the drain, while the company is happily fleecing other consumers. If Rs. 2600/ has no value today for which I bought the product, it shows how the value of money and service quality has fallen. I am filing a complaint under the consumer grievance forum regd. this issue.
