We are sorry to hear that Mr. Walker. I tried to reach you by the phone, but the line disconnected after introducing myself and I called back and left a voice mail in hopes that I could reach you. Upon reviewing your account we see that you sent in a Striker-6 for service because it didn't work out of the box. All orders are tested prior to shipping to avoid these issues, but we know things happen from time to time. We send prepaid return labels when we are contacted within the first 7 days of receiving a unit if you need to send it for service. When we received your unit, we inspect it and found it fully functional. We did not charge you for the return label, and replaced your unit despite there being no issues, and you were only charged for the shipping to you. We see that you have a number of products from us, and we want to speak with you to make things right. If you would please return my phone call, so I can hear from you first hand. I am certain we will be able to provide further clarification and come to a consensus we know you will be happy with.
