First, this review was posted to the wrong location. Our Dallas partner provided your service. Second, we have made several attempts to contact you & your wife. Per Texas law we cannot process a claim for any damages until your invoice is paid in full. We have attempted to run the credit card used to pay at the time services were rendered and these charges were declined. We also have reached out to the Highland Village police for help with this matter. We would like to discuss your move experience and resolve all issues. However, to date we have not received a response from you.
