The owner, Diane, is extremely rude and unprofessional when it comes to modifying reservations. I originally called to extend my stay, and never received a call back, but when I called to cancel the next day, she was all to happy to tell me there would be no refunds. Actually, I take that back - she wasn't happy, or friendly, or professional. She had a nasty tone and attitude, and insisted that the cancellation policy (they require two weeks notice) was posted on the website, when in fact, it isn't. Their cabins may be great, but I'll never know since you couldn't pay me to deal with people like that again. NOTE: The owner agreed not to charge me for the cancellation, but I would advise people considering staying here to be careful and ask about their policies before you give them your credit card information over the phone.
