I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the quality service provided by your company to me regarding my 2012 case. I especially want to commend Amanda Potamitis the paralegal/case manager for her outstanding assistance to me throughout the case. Ms. Potamitis was always very courteous and attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information I needed in a timely manner. I am highly pleased with the professional manner with which she attended me, such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with your firm and will definitely refer any friends or family your way.

Here's a few questions you might want to ask yourselves:

New York Workers’ Compensation | Social Security Disability |
If you suffer a work-related injury or develop an illness or condition that prevents you from earning a living, your life will be turned upside down. Your instincts are to protect yourself and your family and you may wonder:

Do I have a case for compensation?
Do I have a right to file a workers’ compensation claim?
Am I eligible for Social Security benefits?

There are many people that get hurt on the job, cannot pay their bills and need temporary and sometimes permanent financial help from the Govt. Let's face it, we have all been paying into the funds for years through our taxes. We never want to get hurt, we rather work and be healthy but, it happens sometimes, we just have to reach out for help. Whatever you do, NEVER,NEVER do what this person did!
