I have had Heatsource Mechanical servicing our in floor heating system for over a decade. Thanks to their maintenance efforts, we have never had a "emergency" call. When issues have come up, they are always very responsive, from the person taking the call, to the tech in the field. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and work with a great deal of efficiency. We have had zero issues with mess, call-backs, billing, etc. They are a very well run operation, that represents "small business" in the Valley very well.

I called Heatsource Mechanical after I had been out of heat for 3 days and it had been -10 below. I was pretty frustrated with heating and plumbing in general by that time but was glad I called them. I spoke with Jennifer initially, the customer service was great! I know they were busy with other clients but they made my situation an urgent matter. They warned me about the added expense due to it being an after hours call but at that point, I just wanted it taken care of. Another woman, Sarah, called within an hour and let me know that they tracked down the part and would be able to install it if that was in fact the problem. The only area I didn't really like was the pricing. They make it a bundle package and don't tell you what the parts cost or hourly rate. Sarah said the plus side to this is that if the work takes longer to install or the technician has trouble, they eat that cost. The total cost was $966.00. I figured that the cost was on the higher side, as it would have been somewhere between $750-900 for the other guys for the same job. However, I don't think I would have been serviced as well. So for me, the money was well spent. I would rather pay a little more for a job well done than save money on haphazard work. Again, they made sure I was aware of the full price beforehand and let me know that the tech wouldn't arrive until after normal business hours. The service tech, Ken, arrived a little after 5pm, I was impressed. I had grown used to other guys rushing in and out as quickly as possible so it was really nice to have a tech that took the time to be very thorough. He spent around 2.5 hours outside with the boiler. I have a high-efficiency Munchkin boiler, I love it but it can be difficult for techs to work on. He was pretty comfortable with it and showed a great deal of knowledge when explaining things. He answered other questions and gave helpful suggestions as I obviously had some frozen pipes after 3 days without heat. I was thrilled that my boiler was fixed and have confidence that it was done right. It's been a couple weeks and running beautifully. The tech added a 99 dollar fee for diagnostics as that is probably what he normally does. I didn't ask him about it rather I just called Jennifer the following day and told her the flat rate and that I shouldn't have been charged the extra 99. She returned my call within a few minutes, apologized for the confusion and said it had been corrected. It really impressed me, they value their customers and their reputation. I wanted to give a fair review. I rated them 5/5. I did this not because the price was amazing but because the service, response, knowledge of problem and follow-up were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone with serious heating problems or appreciates greats service. I think it's easy to disregard local businesses as the pricing may be a bit higher but I do not. You usually get the best service from locals. They just want to make a living and provide services to their community. Thank you!

I work for a company that is starting to utilize new digital thermostats in home control but we had a technician who did a poor job of installing the equipment. We needed someone to go out after hours and fix a customers problem. I spoke with John and he was very friendly, very helpful, and was more than willing to go out after hours to get our customer taken care of. We will definitely be calling them again!

Needed to have our furnace and on-demand hot water heater serviced for the sale of our house. Was able to get an appointment scheduled within 2 days. They came out and did the service, took about 2 hours. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable people. I would recommend them for your heater and hot water service needs.

I had a furnace installed by a different company several years ago because their price was cheaper. When it recently broke down, they wouldn't even come out to repair it because they didn't have a technician in the valley. I called Heat Source Mechanical and they were here and had it repaired within two hours! Lex was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even insisted on wearing his boot covers after I told him that he didn't have to worry about it. He made the repair and explained to me why the breakdown happened. He even took took the time to explain how my furnace works and why annual maintenance is so important, something the company who installed it never did! Heat Source is coming back to do a full maintenance on all of my equipment. I will only call them from now on!

They have the best staff from the front desk to their technicians. I felt they really cared about my home and helped me lower my heating costs. I would recommend Heat Source Mechanical to anyone who asks.
