The atmosphere was awesome, but the bartenders will be the reason I don't return. As a bartender myself, I have more patience and understanding of the profession and there is no excuse for how horrible they made our experience. Worst. Service. Ever.

good food bad service, the guy at the bar tonight was rude, he questioned every request we made. I will never go back!!! He refused to give his name but he was dark skin with a low haircut. Horrible service wouldn't recommend!

The clam sandwhich is amazing, the aioli to the coleslaw mixed w/ fried clams was a wonderful mix on the warm fresh tasty bread. The atmosphere and the wait staff was very pleasant, even gotten a back story to the vegan meatball sandwhich :) I highly recommend this establishment for family fun to intimate dinners for two.

Ordered for pick up, very disappointed. The 'spaghetti quadrucci' was thick long noodles instead of flat squares, and overcooked to boot. The seafood pasta had watery flat noodles. Not worth the price.

Good place for food and drinks. So far ive been here about 3 times each time better than the last. They also have a basement where you can play pool and hang out

Place is pretty cool and offers above average Italian food. Actually, considering how inauthentic most St Louis Italian restaurants are, this place is surprisingly close to the mark

One would expect to have a decent number of vegetarian options at an Italian restaurant, and that is indeed the case at Mangia. I tried the Porcini Tagliatelle, and I came away quite satisfied. I can't say the same for the vanilla Italian soda, but I'll chalk that up to misguided expectations. They also have vegetarian toasted ravioli, which is stuffed mainly with spinach. I can't say it's quite as good as the regular stuff, but it wasn't terrible either. Overall, the quality of the food seemed pretty good for the price.

The food here is overpriced for the quality, but most importantly the owner is a hostile racist who gets kicks out of leaving threatening comments for his neighbors. Sure makes me lose my appetite.
