We were there for 4 days. Upon check in, the front desk person who thought was being funny wasn't. Because we are from Seattle doesn't mean we smoke pot!!...... Strike one! Please just direct us to our room and give us the room key. Our room was ok however the bathroom sink was clogged up, no in room coffee or fridge and the remote for the TV didn't work....strike two! Lastly, the A/C ventilation was horrible! After much walking around in the warm sunshine, one would like to cool off and relax.....strike three! I will definitely pay a little more to stay elsewhere next time.

A very average hotel. Nothing much going on and not really convenient as far as being located on the strip. In fact it seems a lot of bus trips don't pickup at this hotel. The gym is average and it will cost you $18 to get a towel and access the showers afterwards. I would only stay here again if I wasn't paying. I would happily pay $20 more for a better located and more lively hotel.

The room smelled very strongly of marijuana for starters and so we had to keep the door open all night and consequently our sleep was disrupted by all the noise outside. The toilet took 3 flushed before any solids or toilet paper would fully disapear, the ipod dock was broken and so was the lamp plug and the free internet access was incredibly slow..... I have stayed at cheaper hotels and had better experiences.

Wow. We arrived at the Tropicana and I have to acknowledge the Bell Captain Desk Team. We needed a wheel chair and it arrived in 5 minutes. Other hotels has taken a couple of hours. In addition, after arriving in our room, we called to get our luggage. I don't know how they did it, but he was here in about 3 minutes or less. Amazing!

As a hilton diamond member I am used to being upgraded to a better room or suite. At the trip I was down graded to a double double. Noisy room with major street noise 18 floors above the street. No in room coffee and the lines were long at Starbucks and the beach cafe. Shower head was restricted to the point i had to run in a circle to get wet. Next year at SEMA I will stay somewhere else

This was one of my many stops @vegas on a bachelor trip of mine. The hotel was ok. When comparing to MGM, Venetian, etc its definitely not a party hotel however this is a place to get away from it all if you don't like to party hard. The staff is very catering to their guest. I recommend the stay for families only.
