Bad attitude receptionist, asked for a CV axle and bearing and he tried selling me on the "inner cv axle or the outer?". Dude, the axle, the whole axle, not the cup, then try and make you feel retarded for it. Then he told me the used, used bearing price at $80, um local store new is $99...? "Those are cheap Chinese aftermarket knock offs." That may be true, but there's 0 miles and a warranty, who knows how many miles are on your used part, with an as is warranty. If you like rape, bring your lube and go here, otherwise just grab a part from Napa unless you're in dire need of a factory part and don't mind close to factory price.

If you value your identity do not apply or do any credit business with this company, they do not shred nor care for personal information. They've thrown over a dozen persons credit apps/applications in the trash without shredding, including social security numbers.

First time stopping in here, needed to get my tires rotated on the way through the city. Walking in the door past 4 employees standing around talking, I get to the counter, wait for the guy to get done texting before he helps me. "About 2 hours" he said, serious? Empty lifts, no air guns running, and people standing around. Hmm... working for a competing company for several years, and now a commercial Bridgestone branch these guys could take a few pointers from Schwab. Not surprising there's only two stars when I Googled it, I'll take it to Mill Creek where they get things handled quickly and with a smile.

Made an appointment for 4 pm, arrived around 350, and after sitting until 430 I was brought back to a cubicle. I asked them to look to see if they could find more money out of a simple single filing, I was told if I didn't file there was a $75 fee, I asked if they only charged $40 to file and was told yes. "So, if you can't get more I'm paying $75 to find that out, or I can pay $40 to file and get less than I could on my own...?" I told her I would do them myself and was told "ok good luck." And on my way out told there's a free 'second look', so you're telling me you won't do a quick check now to maximize my return and secure my business, but will gladly spend your time looking post file for free. Good job H&R way to do business. As for this facility, drop in on your own time instead of making an appointment you're pressed to keep, as you'll be waiting anyways.
