I have been an art teacher for 31 years but an artist for most of my life. I paint, collage, and weave, but my love is working with fabric and specifically printmaking on fabric. I have progressed from combining ready made cotton fabrics, linens and wool to dyeing my own fabrics. Then I create pattern with hand carved block prints, bleach discharge and silk screen printing.
