Change your thoughts, and change your mind.  Your thoughts and attitude can make a big difference in coping with difficult situations.

Leaving the yoga retreat for the Live Show today! :)

Today's big show ( See Episode 1 at The Creation Wars, Episode 1: "Internet Scissoring"  ) begins tonight (if you're in the US - check times on that site) - so be sure to join us for Episode 2! The first one was Amazing and I can't want to see what happens tonight!

I've just spent a long time here at this amazing yoga / hiking retreat called Aro Hā that you can see below. I took this photo last night from the spa area after evening yoga and meditation. I feel good and ready to go! See you all soon! :)

What's everyone's views on using walkers? I just found out that it could be considered not the best for baby. My 7 month old loves his, however, so I don't want to freak out unnecessarily.

Yep.
Trying to stop negative thoughts is about as productive as shooting yourself in the foot. Instead, when you notice that you are thinking a negative thought then just simply think about something else and keep doing it. Because if you have been thinking negative thoughts for a while you will find that you go back to them all the time. But by stubbornly redirecting your thoughts consistently, you will train your set point to be positive instead of negative.
