Jesus was not a social prude or a killjoy. This wedding invitation, and many other accounts of Him attending dinners and celebrations, shows us that Jesus was always welcome among those having a good time. As a result of this, those who invited Him listened to His teachings. Are you like Jesus in this way? If so, you will find that people not only enjoy your company, but they will also listen to what you have to say. - Pastor Bruce

Christmas: the holiday known for peace, joy, and giving. All of those and more are found in our Savior, Jesus Christ. The human mind cannot imagine what God has planned for those who believe! - Pastor Bruce

What is Christmas really about? A baby was born to a virgin, what a miracle! But, what we really celebrate at Christmas is who this baby was. God took on flesh and became man. Jesus, the Son of God, Creator of the universe, became flesh to die for us and redeem us. Through His blood, we who have faith are made right with God. What could possibly deserve more celebration than that!

Those who are born-again in Christ are the “children of God”. This is more than salvation alone, as amazing as that is. The Holy Spirit indwells, and through Him, Jesus lives in us. How well do we know Him? How often do you take time and meet with God? We must not make choices that grieve the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:29-30). We are to feed out souls with God’s Word, fellowship, prayer, and a humble heart to be further filled with the Spirit (Ephesians 5:17-21). God’s grace through Jesus will help us persevere and walk by the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-26)/ Praise God for His mercy and grace. - Pastor Bruce
