After a recommendation from Geico, Ephraim from Safelite arrived at my office to fix the 14" crack in my windshield (a direct result of a pebble and Texas summers). I couldn't have been more impressed. The new windshield looks great, and Ephraim was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. I especially appreciated the extra service Ephraim provided of cleaning all my windows and vacuuming my vehicle - which I understand is a company service, but worth discussing nonetheless. He finished the project in about an hour and continued on his way. Thanks SafeLite for a great job and for sending him over.

This dental office had great reviews so I headed over. When my appointment finally came around the kind ladies at the front desk (Tracey and Sara?) mentioned my appointment had been cancelled :( But! Even though I hate going to the dentist, the staff quickly improved my experience. After another appointment cancelled they sent me and surprised me with a Starbucks giftcard to make up for the miscommunication :) The technology in the office is very impressive. Thank you for turning the massage chair on and for pulling the flat screen TV into my view line while you examined my dentures. That panoramic xray machine thing was crazy! Everyone I met there was extremely professional and helpful, which makes a huge difference when you don't always enjoy getting your teeth checked out. All in all a good experience, and I don't totally dread going to the dental office if it's here!

My favorite italian restaurant an Austin. I've only seen it really busy there on Valentine's Day, which surprises me because the service is fantastic, the portions are huge, and their specials are delightful. It's very romanticized and dim lighting on the inside, with a gorgeous outside porch that wraps around a tree - the treehouse! Moving from Buffalo, NY (a place known for it's greek, italian and polish food), I feel like I finally found an italian restaurant comparable to those up north!

I guess they recently remodeled this place? Now it features a flurry of leather chairs placed sporatically along the back wall. The walls are bare but feature sprinkles of pillared glow lights... A bit odd. A DJ graced our ears with all the latest hits manipulated into a master mix, unfortunately though it was so loud that I couldn't share how I much I loved the music with my boyfriend because he doesn't read lips. Service? The ladies served the drinks strong, but I had to wait quite a while to quench my thirst of the sweet nectar. It's ok though because at least I got watch them dance, take shots and pose for photos for onlookers while I waited. Oh.... Wait.... Now I remember, that's the whole reason I left!

A lady named Melanie works here, and is super helpful. I had to put in an order for the company I work for. Not only did the staff do a great job on the order, but Melanie discounted our order because of a National Discount that I was unaware of. Love doing business with business-savvy individuals who go the extra mile for great service. Cool new location, too. Hit up the mediterranean place for lunch after your visit right up the street!
