One week after spending $1,200 on new tires and shocks and front end alignment at this location, my right rear tire went flat. They wanted to charge me another $120 just for a VALVE STEM. Even though the tires were brand new, and there was no road damage nail, etc. that they could find, I had to ARGUE with them to replace the stem and honor their warranty. Unbelievable. I'll never go back to this or any other Firestone after this experience.
