Scott, if you haven't heard of it yet, you should give DexType a try.

I went ahead and hacked together my own version of the Minuum keyboard.  If you'd like to give it a try, go here: http://www.asetniop.com/blog/?p=300

Apparently this Toronto startup with a product called "Minuum" is competition for ASETNIOP.  I'm not sure why the tech world is going gaga over something that's been in development for three years and has a quoted top speed of 37 wpm (compared to an average speeed of 60+ wpm for a skilled ASETNIOP user), but I guess I'll have to keep an eye on them.

ASETNIOP plays all your favorite classical hits!  If you've got a synthesizer hooked up to your computer, you can use ASETNIOP with it to enter text:

A short video of the method in action: Piano

If you have friends who are musicians, please share this with them! :)

I pulled these things out of the garage to play around with; they actually work quite well with the new ASETNIOP software:

What's the story with a set of gloves to go along with this thing?  If they're on the way, I'd love to see them paired with ASETNIOP as an input method!
To all of our fans living outside the US: thanks for talking to us, and we hear you. We know some of you are frustrated that you can't apply for the Glass Explorer Program, and we're sorry. We have some logistical and regulatory limitations right now, but we hope to make Glass more widely available in the future.
