Meet Beverly Curry, Engagement Director at Pearl Street!

"I love being an Engagement Director because it is like spending your day with family. I truly love them all. I learn so much from them every day. I love how they are excited to reminisce about the past but I also love how they embrace trying new things! I remember when I started Wii bowling, they were curious but apprehensive. They gave it a try and loved the game! I started with a few residents, now we average 10-12 residents who come every time with enthusiasm, spirit and smiles! My residents have the most wonderful sense of humor and are just so much fun to be with.

I love bringing in music, art and history programs that I know they will come to learn about and enjoy!

The most important thing I have learned from them is to work hard at relationships (especially marriages) and always appreciate the freedom of living here in the USA."
