Tons of fun! We had a blast. Problem was, we asked in advance about extra fees we would have to pay for gas, tax, etc. Here was their exact reply. "The reviews people have left can be a little misleading, for some vouchers we do charge for gas and there is a security deposit for everything we rent out, and most of the time people fail to read the fine print so it is a shock to some people when they come in. The only fee you would pay since you have an Amazon Local voucher would be the sales tax which is $2.80 per wave runner." Sure enough, they charged us an extra $23 for gas at the end. Not a huge deal but left a bad taste in my mouth. FORTUNATELY, we got our deposit back. We picked a Jet Ski with minimal scratches and recorded a video before and after to avoid bogus fees for damage.

Don't give these guys any of your business! We had called them in advance to make a reservation. The lady was nice on the phone, and we arranged for a date and time to use our Amazon Local deal. But when we got out there, the place was closed! We talked to a guy at the marina who called them. We called them. Repeatedly. They never even answered the phone. We waited an hour until we finally gave up. We had driven all the way out from Tampa, wasting gas and more than an hour driving. I strongly recommend using someone else if you want to rent a jet ski.

There were too many issues encountered with this business. The young lady in charge(owner`s sister) was VERY aggressive and refused to take any blame for the issues she did create to us (somebody stolen our keys when she suppose to take care about she left them right on front desk on top of our paper work) . When we asked why such a thing happens and why they dont advise costumers on phone to prevent this kind a things(we have very serious about personal information, everybody can read or just take it she wouldn't worry plus keys from house and 2 cars) the lady became rude, aggressive and took no responsibility for the trouble nor did she try to make the situation better, offering a solution etc. It did end up with whole day screwed up,we had to chase person on taxi in swim suits throw the whole city, sad experience(of course from our budget). Terrible customer service. Poor advertising and upfront info for customers. The discounted voucher apparently wasn't that good deal because +35$ gas, +tax, +etc, jet ski (I respect old things, but not when they have just a little time before they die and I have to ride that)

I went here with a group of (4) total just for an hour of fun on a jet ski with a Groupon we had purchased. We had a blast!!! The staff was awesome, prompt and courteous. We even saw dolphins! We will for sure be back!!!

Never came across a local business with such horrible customer service...not to mention their illegal bait-and-switch tactics. We were told "gas and tax" were additional to the cost of the jet ski, but then a bogus $30 charge was added to our credit cards. When we questioned the costs, their employees admitted the real costs were significantly less, but "that's how we make our money," and "next time you come, just tell us you're a repeat customer and we'll only charge you for the actual gas you used." REALLY?? Of course, numerous attempts to speak to the owner following the incident were met with nothing but silence, so if you'd like to avoid the same fate, make sure to avoid this company....and Tom C. Church Jr. (he has a home at 22317 Magnolia Trace Blvd. in Lutz and his future wages are being garnished for other bad business incidents).

Great experience! Took my 9 yr old daughter for her first time on a jet ski, she loved it. The girl at the counter really helped my daughter to not be so nervous. They treated us so professionally which made it such a memorable time. My daughter will never forget her 2 hours of enjoyment. Thank you, Dunedin Water Sports! I will definitely be a return customer...

This company should be out of business. The Dunedin Watersports staff is aggressive and extremely unprofessional. Quite frankly, they are seasoned scam artists. They falsely accused my 17 year old of causing $1350 worth of damage for a 9 inch surface scratch at $150 per inch. They tried to use scare tactics by calling the police for civil matter. When challenged about the charges they refused to give us a copy of the contract and appropriate paper work that we signed. Also, the diagram that we signed that outlined any pre existing damage was never explained to us they just asked us to sign a form as we were sitting on jet ski. Two days later they charged my credit card over $1400 for damages. The jet ski is not even worth what they are claiming. Besides the fact of false accusations, we were stuck out on Gulf of Mexico for an hour before they rescued us due to malfunctioning jet skiis. When we called for help they never answered phone. They never apologized just aggressively accused of damaging the jet ski and tried to bully us into signing for damages we did not cause. These allegations were pre-calculated to take advantage of a minor and his Mom to make a quick buck at our expense!
