I found Miranda when I first moved to Denver 3 years ago, and wouldn't get waxed by anyone else. She's friendly, reliable and fast. She pays attention to detail, never rushes the job and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.

In the middle of the workday I waited over an hour after my appointment time to be seen, and paid a $60 copay only to be cursorily glanced at by Dr. Cutarelli and then referred to another doctor at a different clinic where I will likely have to pay the same copay again. This was for an ingrown eyelash, no big deal, which I ended up taking care of myself with a pair of tweezers at home the same day. No offer was made to waive the copay even though no service was given besides the referral. I lost 2 hours of work time and $60.
