How Our Buyer Presentations Benefit Our Agents and Clients

Here at Movers Real Estate, we do something called a buyer presentation. When clients call in asking to see a particular house, we don’t meet them at the property right off the bat. Instead, we first take them through a series of conversational questions and invite them to come to our office. We think they deserve full service, but we also value our agents’ time, and this presentation demonstrates that. If you’re looking to join a team that looks out for its clients and agents, you’re in luck—we’re looking for new team members. To learn more about buyer presentations and how we look out for agents on our team, watch my latest video.

Are Zillow Leads Worth the Cost of Admission?

Websites like Zillow give Realtors a chance to purchase leads, but do the benefits outweigh the cost? Not for me, and I’ve found there are plenty of other ways to find your leads naturally. What are the most important things to consider when looking for your new home? For one, school systems can greatly affect home value and the desirability of the location. When Is the Best Time to Sell Your Home?

When is the best time to sell your house? I’ve got an answer for that, no matter when you call me. It’s always the best time to sell your house in the world of a real estate agent. Your success does, however, depend on the type of home and your situation. Say my daughter called me to ask when she should sell her house: I’d say that the best time to sell your house is probably mid-February, before everybody else puts their house on the market. For the explanation to why that is, watch my latest video.
