Food is always good. Place is pretty clean. Big thing is that the managers clearly treat their employees like their stupid and aren't nice to them. That makes me as a customer very uncomfortable and almost makes me not want to support this convenient lunch spot.

This is your standard Chipotle, crammed into downtown. The results are about as satisfying as you'd expect. The place is pretty noisy - lots of people in relatively little space makes for a steady din, echoed by the many aluminum surfaces. They've also got one of the more annoying setups, with around half the seating as stools. The metal chairs are uncomfortable to sit in, and awkwardly, unnecessarily elevated. I don't like the feel of the place. The staff don't chat much. They mostly just do their jobs. They're pretty quick at what they do, so even with a decent line you get through in a reasonable timeframe. If you work in a nearby office, you'll benefit from the proximity. It's also pretty close to Westlake Tunnel, if you're taking the bus.

worst chipotle ever. they will ONLY GIVE U HALf the SIZE. If u ask for more, they look at u like you're homeless people. I had to order double size meat to get enough food. I would recommend the chipotle at west lake ave.

It's similar to any other Chipotle. Good burritos, good service, great chips.

Typical chipotle, being in the city the restrooms get a lot of abuse. Plus while eating the views aren't exactly appetizing. I usually give my leftover chips to someone panhandling outside.

I would have to say the management has done a great job training the staff. They are quick, polite and fast and seem to enjoy their jobs. Nice work folks this was a great dining experience and well having a cold. Corona just sealed the deal. More locations could learn a bit from this place.

This crew handles a lunch rush better than any other Chipotle I've been to. Same food, but they crank it out efficiently and consistently.
