Very helpful employees, even offered to order extra for my cat since he eats an uncommon food.

My husband and I recently had to make the decision to let our almost-14yo shepherd Stetson cross the Rainbow Bridge. He was never fond of the vet's office so I knew I wanted him to pass peacefully at home while also giving our other dog and cats a chance to say their goodbyes. I contacted both Dr. Holland and another home hospice vet, and Dr. Holland was hands down the best choice. Not only was she quick to respond but she was incredibly patient, understanding, and calming while I was struggling to even make the decision to let my boy go. Once we scheduled the appointment, we made sure Stetson was surrounded by loved ones and good food when the time came. Dr. Holland arrived and everything went smoothly and peacefully from that point on. She explained everything and never once rushed us. We were able to shower Stetson with love and kisses before he passed. Once he was gone, Dr. Holland took his body and left us with a good book on pet loss, while also lighting a candle in Stetson's memory. Less than a week later she brought us back his ashes and pawprints, and everything was incredibly well done; I felt we had honored him in the best way possible. Dr. Holland has since made herself available should I ever need to talk about the experience and I can't thank her enough. She helped make an incredibly painful time a little more bearable.
