Amazing hotel. Plush. Beautifully laid out with comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities. Grab and go breakfast is included too with complimentary newspaper. Lovely place with friendly staff.

Fab place to stay in when on a short trip to Manchester. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was excellent. Apartment was very impressive. Extremely quiet considering its centrally located. We'll be back.

Great place for an overnight stay or for a whole week. Great location, great staff, great apartments. Only downer is No real dining option, but you are on the edge of China town and only a walk away from loads of restaurant options. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

If you're looking for a spacious room look no further as I've hardly stayed in a bigger room than this, even at the more upscale hotels. However if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere and breakfast then this is not for you. On first impression the hotel is dingy and darkly lit. The rooms are lit with white fluorescent light and the bathroom reminded me of the handicap ones at an nhs hospital. The rooms are not standard so if you get two rooms they might differ in design - however all have an air of tackiness - the doors have pictures of faces on them for goodness sake - creepy! My toilet constant leaked though the receptionist was kind enough to let me switch rooms. The biggest dissapointment however was the "breakfast" which is actually fruit and cofee to go - not at all what i expected when i booked. Overall in my opinion tacky design and poor execution. You either love or hate this hotel, unfortunately I was in the latter boat.

Brilliant hotel. Staff really helpful. Apartment was lovely, had a nice kitchen etc, temperatures were good. Room has everything we needed. Really nice and good prices. I'll defiantly look for one again when booking apartments. Prices were good for the room and the bathroom was lovely with double shower!

Good hotel, I was in the basement, phone signal not amazing but WiFi was very good (and free). Everything worked, was clean and fresh. Air con, microwave with cook function, dishwasher, hob and fridge. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom had underfloor heating and was very modern. It's very central, everything is pretty much 10 mins walk away, but it was quiet at night. The curtains create a very dark room for sleep. The tv had annoying subtitles on every channel, couldn't turn it off. Shower was also very good, I don't like fixed head showers (personal thing) but this was fine. Finally, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows a little flat for my liking. Stayed for 2 nights.

Good hotel for the centre of Manchester and very good value. Free Wi-Fi and grab and go breakfast are good. Beware, parking nearby is extremely expensive
