Shanghainese cuisine and cocktails are served in a smart space decorated with vintage posters.- Google
"Kung Po Chicken and crispy duck mains were too big but very tasty and fresh."
"Braised pork shoulder and bok choy was amazing."

I love this place. The service can be pretty bad, the decor is bizarre at best (they currently have what I can only describe as "trash bag art" stapled on the wall) but the soup dumplings are ON POINT and they have tiki drinks. That's really all you need to know. Incredible, cheap soup dumplings. Tiki bar with strong(ish) drinks. 4 stars because of the service (hell, one time they were open but were not serving dumplings because the chef didn't show up for work..).

Terrible food barely Chinese food barely edible; Panda express is fine dining in comparison. Its a tourist trap. Watch your bill they will overcharge, add extra taxes and tip themselves 20% all while rushing you to get out. They didn't even bring the food at the same time. They brought the rice last.

Watch out-CHEATERS! Food was ok, but the place should be avoided as the waiters AND the owner/supervisor/booth janitor are CHEATING their customers. They tried to charge me on more expensive items which I did not ordered, added service fee by themselves and then taxed everything. When asked for details of the bill-they only corrected the item price -leaving the service fee and tax still increased. Service rude and unpleasant. As I was in a hurry I did not have time to fight with them but certainly they will not see another dollar from me. Your dollars should be spent somewhere else as well. Dont support CHEATERS.

My boyfriend turned me on to this place, as one of his friends turned him on to it. Good food, but cash only!

We were here for a dumpling crawl and tried the soup dumplings, vegetable dumplings, and two kinds of potstickers. Of these, the soup dumplings were the best, I'd go back for them again. The potstickers were fine (the pork filling is better than the chicken), and the veggie dumpling filling was weirdly sweet.

Went in for soup dumplings. Thinking it was the other Shanghai place in Mott st. Left very happy after two portions. Even plucked up courage to eat the cooler ones with chopsticks alone.

Avoid avoid at all costs... i went here today as a new place to try.. i figured service was going to be poor but i wouldn't mind... not only was it poor it was beyond that... place has gone down hill wait staff were the loudest people eating and hanging out all at the same time... main host is just eating and counting money.... food was way overpriced. We sat for 15 minutes and never were asked what to drink nor brought water(nasty btw) and mind u there were only 3 other tables being waited on thats it... we ordered salt and pepper shrimp, kung pow shrimp, general tso, and clams in blackbean sauce, house fried rice, and a tsing tao. All entrees over salted, white rice additional cost. General tso was skimppy, kungpow shrimp was decent but it was more like watercrest with beef. In the end tab ran to 113.52$ i can see why no one was in there!!
