If you really like salads this is certainly a place to try. While the price may a bit more than some might want to pay for a salad, these huge bowls are a meal all on their own and worth the price. No need to look for more to fill you up. Lots of menu choices or you can create something to your taste. The only downside is that the place is only open late morning until 4 p.m. so you will have to satisfy your need for greens in that limited time frame.

I've never been one to crave a salad, that is, until I discovered Leaf. The specialty salads or "Big 12" are out of this world! I've tried every single one on the menu as I used to work a few blocks away and my favorite is the Margharita on the Works. You can also build your own salad if you wish. They have every sort of option and the ingredients are all local, which is pretty neat. The salads are kind of pricey but LARGE. I usually have half for lunch and the other half for dinner. That being said, I typically will ask for the dressing on the side. Definitely recommend this place as a fresh, healthy option for lunch downtown.

Great salads. Get the El Jefe if you like a little bit more meat with your leaf. Also the staff is pretty nice.

The salads at Leaf are outstanding. There are a wide array of menu items or you can customize your own. All the ingredients are local and fresh. Large portion sizes as well as reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

If you want delivery, you need to know this stuff, which is not covered on their terrible website: 1. After you print out the order form to fax in like it's 1990, you have to cross off the word "Pickup" and write in "Delivery." Write in your delivery address and credit card information somewhere in the margins, because they're sure not providing any space for you. 2. After you locate a fax machine in a pawn shop and fax the order in, you have to call to confirm it. Orders are filled in the order Leaf receives confirmation calls. If you call the day before, it doesn't count! You must call to confirm on the same day. And even though the website says they don't open until 11, people will start calling at 8 am and all those people who know better than you will get their orders filled first. To recap, read the secret instructions which are transmitted in Morse code, then follow the white rabbit. After that, good luck!

This is the place to go on your lunch break it seems, as the line can get pretty long around 12:30. My advice - try for a late lunch around 1:30 and experience no wait. The portions are huge and loaded up! You can create your own or pick one of their many hand crafted delicious options.

Great fresh salads they way you like it or choose from their creative offerings. A bit pricey though. I love the strawberry fields. It is chock full of spinach, goat cheese, strawberries, bacon, red onion, sunflower seeds, candied pecans with a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette. The bacon was a nice counterbalance to the sweet along with the onion and sunflower seeds. I do wish they had 1/2 salads because the salad size is too big for me to eat in one sitting and salads don't generally keep well for long. A wrap option would be great too. I like Leaf but I really want to LOVE Leaf. I love the idea of a salad restaurant in downtown for a quick meal with fresh veggies.Another bummer for me is that they are only open until 4pm which doesn't lend itself for dinner.

Leaf is a great spot for lunch on a workday. Salads are $9-11 a piece, but they are huge and I will sometimes take a portion of it home. I recommend the Shrimp asiago, but I've tried 5 or 6 of their salads and they are all delicious.

Leaf hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
