Absolutely and under no circumstances should you use this service! They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called the customer service number to order some pods against the advice of a family member who recently used this service. The girl on the phone 'Cynthia' was extremely rude. I gave her my zip code 64726 after checking to make sure that they service that area, and she told me that they do not. So, I told her that on their website they list an area 20 miles further from my home as an area that they service, she argued with me on the phone. They listed 5 other towns on their website as service areas that are less than 5 miles from my house! I call that FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Along with the rude, argumentative 'customer service' staff, and then lying on their website for their coverage areas, I would give them less than 1 star if that were an option! Stay away!

Avoid this practice. Went there for my daughters broken tooth, they said she needed a root canal and crown. It was a pretty bad break, so I did not argue even though I thought at the time that the root canal was unnecessary. I have dental insurance, but we have not used it, so I was unfamiliar with the insurance. When we went for the appointment, I agreed to the treatment on the basis that our costs were only going to be about $550. Well, that was not the truth. I, 2 months later got a bill from this practice for another $1000! When I called I was told that my insurance company did not disclose the deductible amount. So I called my insurance company, who did in fact disclose the deductible amount on the phone, I listened to the recorded conversation! When I called back to the office to speak to a manager, conveniently the "office manager" was out on vacation for the next two weeks, and all I got from the office staff was a 'sorry'. Ridiculous! I feel like they intentionally withheld the deductible information from me to get me to agree to the more expensive procedure. I would have opted to have the tooth pulled instead, which is a huge difference from the $2000+ that I was charged! Needless to say, I cancelled my other child's appointment that day, and I WILL NEVER return to this practice.
