The National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) is the nation’s largest community of professional process servers devoted to maintaining high ethical standards to the courts, parties and witnesses they serve.
Formed in 1982, NAPPS is a diverse and growing membership with over 2,000 members representing all 50 states.
The association offers a wide array of support, referral service, and professional development. Through a variety of forums including publications, general meetings, and legislative actions, newsletters, articles, continuing education and blog posts among others, the association informs members on relevant ethics-related and legislative-related issues.
Membership is on an individual basis, and each member must follow high ethical standards as described in the NAPPS Process Serving Best Practices. Under the Code, NAPPS members agree to its principles and practiced guidelines that define the process serving professionalism.
If you are a professional process server, please consider becoming a
member of NAPPS.
