This is a great restaurant!!! The service is exceptional and the food is wonderful! A special note of thanks to George for going over and above to prepare me a N’awlins (New Orleans) roast beef po boy. It truly brightened up my day!

On Friday, Aug 16, 2012 my wife and I went here for lunch. It was crowded, so we asked if we could eat outside in the garden even though remodeling construction was taking place. The construction did not affect our dining and the weather was great. The food was served hot and the portions were big. I enjoyed the Sauer Braten which was so tender I cut with my fork, but my wife's Weiner Schnitzel was not that great. We also had apple strudel, which was pretty good. They have a lot of menu selections and we want to go back to try their non-German food.

My family and I came to Otto's for the first time tonight and it will be the last time! When our drinks arrived, a waitress spilled my sister's wine over the whole table, got her dress and my shirt wet, and the glass shattered everywhere. The waitress cleaned up the mess and came out with another glass of wine. After dinner upon receiving the check this lady had the nerve to say,"I took the first glass of wine off for you." as if she was doing us a favor!!!! Then when we asked the manager to come over she asked "HOW did the spill happen?" Are you kidding me? As if someone in our party caused the incident. When we finally pleaded our case for just compensation she didn't say much however if you have ever been in Otto's the cash register isn't far from the dining room. So now the manager is throwing a hissy fit; up in arms and talking under her breathe. Customer Service is severely lacking!! Decor is something you would see in the 60s and the food was nothing special.

Owner Sia and her personable sons Nikko and Dean could not be more welcoming in this consistently delicious restaurant. You will feel like family as you raise your glass to make any day reason to celebrate with this warm family.

Very German like feel. Loved the fireplace roaring while it snowed outside. Girls were pleasing to the eye too.
