Gwydion was born in a small village in northern Wales. His gift manifested at a fairly young age and he was plagued by elemental manifestations causing him to be shunned by his family and village.
A Bonisagus Maga caught wind of the stories and took him as more of a study project than anything else. Discovering his strong gift and elemental affinities she arranged for his schooling and prepared him for entrance to Oxford.
Gwydion is a rather shy young man, but is raring at the bit to finally learn magic and harness his abilities. At the same time, he is partially dreading it. His gift has always plagued him and after a few manifestations, people begin to shun him. He's hoping that at college, with other gifted students things might actually be different...
A couple notes about this character. I fear that he is a bit one dimensional but I have always wanted to make an Elemental Magic character, so here he is. The puissant Magic Theory is the free virtue for being a Bonisagus Magus. Are we not using those? Lastly, I see his Supernatural Nuisance as having elementals being attracted to him (I could also use Turbulence Prone instead, and then convert it later).
