New Forbes post
While questions have recently arisen about certain cultural aspects of Amazon, you can’t question the company’s innovation or ambition. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has highlighted the importance of evolution, and similarly your digital analytics efforts must evolve to ensure continued success.

We discovered our dog was limping this morning so we decided to take him to the Timpanogos Animal Hospital to have his paw checked out. They list their office hours from 8am-1pm on Saturdays. We got to their office at 12:30pm after driving from Lehi. They informed us that the vet had already left for the day, and there was nothing they could do (except make an appointment for Monday -- yeah, not going to happen). This was extremely disappointing as there were no other clinics still open and everything is closed on Sunday. Now our dog has to wait until Monday unless we used emergency care ($$$). If you're not going honor your office hours, you should change them. I'm not coming back to these guys as they are clearly unreliable and unprofessional.
