Mickey Dolan worked with me on a new Jeep and I have to say it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I got a great deal with no hassle. He understood my situation and made the deal happen the way I needed it to. I feel that I was treated more than fairly and left with my new Jeep a very happy customer. Would definitely buy again and will be sending everyone his way.

One of the best dodge dealerships around. Mickey Dolan hooked us up. He made it easy for us to pick and worked with us to get the best deal. The reason I liked this place and the staff is they made me feel at home and did not try to be forceful with the process. I would recommend this establishment to all looking for a new car or truck. Needed a another vehicle and went to Beaman Dodge to look at used vehicles. My wife and I was introduced to Mickey Dolan at the dealership. Mickey was very nice,professional and understanding in working with us. We were happy with very with the vehicle we ended up with and had a pleasant experience at the dealership which we haven't had in many other places.

It's been a while since we bought a new car off of a lot. One reason we took so long is that it has never been as fast, fun, or easy as this was. Mickey Dolan was our helper and he was as excited as we were to find the car that was right for us. It was really nice to be assisted rather than sold. Thank you Beaman and thank you Mickey

We were approved to buy a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler around $50,000; so, there are have no hard feelings based on our finances. Instead, this review is based solely on the experience we had with the sales staff and manager. We will not be purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. It has become apparent they do not care about customer service at all. We contacted them about a specific vehicle and were asked to come to the dealership around 5:30 to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. The dealership is a 1.5 hour drive for us. We arrived on time to test drive and determined we wanted it. They did not communicate during any of the buying process. Then proceeded to inform us that it was too late and we need to go home and they will contact us the next day to inform us if we're approved. (Keep in mind they asked us to come at 5:30) The following day, there was no contact made. We ended up calling them to see if we were approved and they informed us we were. (Funny thing about it all is we were pre-approved for more money then we were even trying to purchase, prior to contacting the dealership. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience. ) We decided to discussing buying the vehicle further before purchasing. The sales staff did not try to make any further contact with us. So, we decided to cancel the sale. When we called to cancel their response was, verbatim, "Okay." Honestly, no one wants to be hounded by a car dealership; but, there is difference between "hounding" and caring about your customers. This dealership could care less about their customers or selling anything,

I called to check on the availability of a vehicle they had online. Mickey Dolan was very helpful and had the vehicle ready when I arrived later that day. The whole process was very quick and painless once I decided to purchase the vehicle. They noticed a minor problem with the car while getting it ready and happily fixed it at no charge. The whole staff over at Beaman is great and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was a little hesitant to buy a car from a dealership because I haven't had a car payment in 5 years, however Mickey Dolan eased my fears! He listened to my concerns and found me the perfect used car for my budget. There was no PRESSURE to buy and the buying process went very smooth. Beaman did everything they could to cater to MY needs including repairing a tire for free after inspecting and finding a nail in it. I also had an enjoyable experience working with Harriette McBride, their finance guru! Very professional staff and great customer service.
