To all those who haven't seen New Zealand's great outdoors before, have a look what you're missing out on... (Thanks Luke for sharing, yes, I claim it too!)
Incredible #timelapse  of New Zealand's North Island. It feels like a huge privilege to have been born there, and therefore to be able to somehow claim it :-)

Hi all,

A friend and work colleague in Australia was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer.  As a result, I'm braving the bristles and supporting Movember this year!

For those who don't know, Movember is a worldwide charity promoting and supporting mens health, specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health issues.  So I'm doing my bit for the cause!

Men
 - If you're 20-39, testicular cancer is the most common cancer for you.  Learn what the signs are!
 - If you're 40+ you should get checked for prostate cancer every 2 years
 - Mental health issues, including depression and anxiety, can hit at any age

Women
 - Support the men in your life!  Encourage us to get checkups when we need it - early diagnosis ensures the best chance of recovery

Everyone
 - Support Movember!  You can sponsor my mo here: http://mobro.co/paulh-mo
(note donations to my mo are in AU$, since I'm supporting the Exoserv team in Oz)

I'll be in touch at the end of the month with a mo update!

Cheers,
Paul

Edit: typo in the URL for sponsorship :-{

Great message for all - thanks for sharing Aygul.
Absolutely love this touching, moving, and inspiring Thai commercial with a powerful message: Giving is the best communication.

Please remember this the next time you have an opportunity to help a stranger.  #altruism #volunteering
