Again one of those damned questions are raised where you don't get a chance to answer has been posed about the lobbying question.  Under the theory that they are giving legitimate advice to a public representative, a lobby group should put up a fee that pays for itself and hiring of an opposing argument where a contention exists from a company or agent  operating under the rule of a Liquid Democracy.
How that works is best shown by demonstration.
I believe that Robert Reich knows far more the about national economy in the terms that I would like to see the nation run, so I can cede him my authority in that single regard.
When someone comes to lobby a contention , her or she would be match up with an able vocal opponent in that area for a meeting that would be funded by their original fee.

The current problem wherein an exploded block of unregulated factories has served to awaken awakened the Chinese Communist Party as to how badly its faux-system of capital production has jerry rigged to simulate productivity shall place in the throes of domestic revolution will may present itself as the surface issue much like the toxic mortgages of the last major decline in the American economy.
Thousands of Americans will find themselves will  once more find themselves deposed and upon the downside of the economy after making very good money for a half-dozen years,  however such a rocketing rise and fall of fortune remains emblematic of those Americans since the millennium whom insisted on reentering the disorganized fray of commerce after safely positioning themselves within a world  25 year-old billionaires.
But actually,  the roots of what will happen next have only marginal foreign ties and can be discovered in the turn of Millennium
With the turn of the millennium ties with Andy Warhol’s 15 minutes of fame in which the worse term of ecology are applied in an  assailing slash, burn, produce, and move-on modality wherein today’s entrepreneur operates with an end in mind that is abrupt and as it s inevitable with a quick, negotiated quick buyout without any consideration of a long term goal or sense of business focus.
The big-hand clicks through its quarter quarter-hour segment and the “sell” and the move n to live off they’ve salvage or what reveals itself to be a bad bets of doubling the wager down in a slightly different expertise with full expectations that will strke  lightning twice given the hoopla of social media.
I began to give some offhanded concern about the fine fractured of the system shortly after Apple changed over to its Yosemite operating system and I found myself clearing away old, unused icons that Yosemite with its bells and whistles, had rendered obsolete.   There were at least 14 to 20 fairly substantial old friends either pressed out of business or severely constrained by freely provided functions equaling or outdoing their services with no longer any added cost to Apple customers.
Clearly,  the not entirely voluntary days when machine manufactures supplied an adequate spectrum applications with the slight advantage of integration. to the native system are over.  There is no longer any place for the rise of a program such as Evernote in this day and age.
Now,  the serge toward the top struggles efficiencies through the efficiencies of ants by providing endless arrays of free or low price beta apps to nibble away at the burgeoning market wherever it offer a momentary bulge.
After sail-slacked years in the doldrums,  Microsoft has fallen in behind Apple with a lavishly plan to redeem its disastrous DOS 8 operating with a new DOS 10 version awash with the same frothy waves of magnanimity and excellence of design in applications on the technical side that may prove effusive to the overall economy,  but how can we complain about largeness. Having been supplied with such glitzy provender in my Yosemite ecounter,  I did not completely pry open the mouth of my sleek gift horse any further until recent advertising by Wacom convinced me to upgrade my Bamboo tablet at about the same time my cheap camera gave out.
But before I could syart to face the the prolixity of choice, the  Apple Store,  in an demonstration of synchronosity that keeps atheists awake a night, posted  both a low-priced app,  Astropad,  that would turn my iPad 2 into a fully featured touchpad linked my MiniMac with Wacom flexibility and,  then,  on the very same screen I was given Infitr that improved my iPad 3 to meet whaever need I might have for a third party camera needs at about about a $250 savings for both items.
A second scrutiny of the many variations would allow the godless to sleep peacefully for any small time desire in the Apple Store was like fishing in a barrel.
My concern relates to how long this sort of thing can continue on a slagging economy without one end of the cornucopia biting off the other.
With a modified a sense of gratification,  I realized the strength of the prevailing trend of grouping up, working like hell, and grabbing what you can in a single flashy moment is business model rife with the anticipation of abruptly curtailed future and sudden dissolution is a degrading commercial strategy that promises dismal long range consequences in a flagging fiscal. situation where the primary participants lean in on each other like a party of delighted,  yet unsteady, drunks.
Without opening another whole can of worms,  the hairy. approach of the current situation resembles the helter-skelter motion of  toxic mortgage crisis where what should have been a massive mortgage boon,  was short-circuited by the same self-defeating short term uncoordinated goals and was only ameliorated by a healthy computer industry that is now testing the same dangerous waters with scant concern beyond the frame of the big picture until the undertow took us down without any other stable entity to throw a lifeline out over trouble waters.
When sustained the country in 2008 was a solid computer industry that held itself aloof and above all other commerce to keep the nation  on an even keel composed of companies with prolonged business history like Google,  Apple,  IBM,  Microsoft,  Adobe and Amazon whom lent a sense of continuity though bordering on quasi-monopolies in complicit and voluntary control of the internet as the central organized means of communication and the firm handling of the programing language (HTML) to formed a backbone when such leverage was required.  Their operation’s once firm dictations,  now fragilely overseen were espoused by well established,  but nevertheless,  vunerable ad hoc boards that maintained considerable continuity.
At present,  Apple with all of its advantages is scuffed by overseas entanglements and Microsoft is climbing out of a hole that would have proven fatal to any other company.
Add to this,  the deterioration of the physical ATP network which might be soon totally abandoned to a much more loose moored wii-fi technology with a coding seriously under siege by implementation of Unix,  Swift and an alphabet of promising languages,  and. it becomes obvious that the old systemic stalwarts are in no position to assert their sense of control,  so this leaves the leading technological companies as the thread that will prevail and hopefully hold everything together.
Having watch the fiscal heart of the nation torn apart from inside instead by the toxic mortgage crisis rather than force without, I find a honey-coated drift to fragmentation within the computer industry that could have dire consequences and offer this as a seductive matter for serious consideration.

Since the quote on the minimum wage by FDR doesn't allow a comment, I will have to make it here .
I am eight-five years old and have found myself on the forefront of many things during a large segment of time that has allowed me to observe many changes from the time in which those platitudes existed in the 1930s.
FSR's solution was for that time is also one for a mindset that we have risen above on the whole. Much of what he did was unprincipled or canted for his time.
If you read some of the literature of that period, even staying focused on strictly government, those people did some terrible things to each other even within their golly, gee-wiz simplicity.
To get a feeling for a situation especially when you are amercing yourself in a novel or movie can be dangerous if you don't have a consistent hold on your times, which, at this moment, are very flaky to say the least.

I HARDLY EXPECTED TO WRITE THREE POSTS IN ONE DAY, BUT THE MAYO CLINIC'S RELEASE RELATING TO A CURE FOR CANCER WILL PROVE TO BE THE BIGGEST NEWS OF THE DECADE, IF NOT THE CENTURY TO THIS POINT.
THEY DON'T GO THAT MUCH ON LINE IF THEY ARE ONLY SPECULATING ABOUT THE PROCESS.
AND YES, I AM SHOUTING WITH CONSIDERABLE GLEE .

Bragging rights
I played a significant role in the 1961 by successfully organizing the protest that ended the yearly nation wide Civil Defense drill, helped avert the American military support of the CIA rebels during the Invasion of Cuba, participated in the Freedom Ride and demonstrated during the Cuban Missile Crises, so all else had to be a footnote although an elegant one except for my wife whom remains a full banner headline in my life..
