We just had an amazing 5 star experience at Kuni Westside Infinity, how many people can say they enjoyed their car buying experience? After many weeks of shopping around for a used car (with low miles and in our price range) we were stressed out and done with the whole process. We checked out Kuni Westside and immediately felt like they cared about us and what we needed. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgable. After finding the perfect car for us, we headed into finance and they went that extra step to make sure we got the best we could get. We had contact with many people at the dealer so we knew that it wasn't just one person who went above and beyond but everyone. We will definitely be back and look forward to having a continued relationship with Kuni.

UPDATED 4/9/2015 April 2014 Bought a New 2014 Q50S RWD for the wife. Finance sold us the "IEPP Prepaid service plan", she has only put 5,300 miles on the car in 7 months. We will never get the monies worth out of the plan and it DOES NOT cover any major 30k service (only oil changes, cabin filters and brake flush) as the Finance Mgr Richard Dao told us it would... There is no major services due on this car until far after the IEPP has expired. $1,800 waste of money PLUS The interest that accrues on top of that add-on. Now we are getting the run around with the cancellation and being told it will take up to 3 months to see the refund, they REFUSE to follow Infiniti's North America's own policy for refunds. Will revise this review as this issue progresses. Updated 12/25/14 11/2014 Mailed everything needed to cancel the IEPP, KUNI refused to cancel it. 1/30/2015 We personally went into the dealer to cancel the IEPP, a female finance manager allegedly processed the cancellation. I then spoke directly to the original Finance Mgr Richard Dao and told him I had filled out the requested Doc's to cancel and he who stated that they would back date the cancellation to our requested November cancel date. 4/9/2015 Received a letter from Infiniti Corporate showing the IEPP cancellation wasn't processed until 4/1/2015. 6 MONTHS after our original request to cancel. Not only has Kuni proven to be unethical they have proven to be dishonest. Now we will wait another 3-4 weeks for the refund to be processed by KUNI. As of today the car still only has 8,700 miles after almost a year of ownership. BUYERS BEWARE !

I recently purchased a used Nissan from Kuni. It really was one of the better "large-ticket" purchasing experiences that I've had. The salesperson who I worked with was friendly and did not make me feel pressured. Most surprisingly, when it came time to negotiate price/trade-in value, there was no "I'll need to go ask my manager" back-and-forth. His manager came out and we all sat down and discussed the details. We came to an agreement and that was it. The Finance experience was similarly painless. Extended warranties were offered, but they did not push me to go for them. The whole closure process was fast and comfortable. I would definitely recommend working with this group if you are looking for a vehicle.

Great experience. No messing around, they offered me a fair deal for my trade in over email then honored the offer when I got to the dealership. I was worried that I would get nothing for my trade it, but it was a really pleasant surprise to have such a straightforward deal. As for the car that I bought, came in, test drove it, they got the financing that I wanted and it was a very reasonable price. I think Iw as in and out of the dealership in about 45 min with my new car and financing in place. Kuni will be my first choice when looking for a new car.

I bought the Infiniti from an awesome Penske dealer in another state, and did not realize there was such a difference in quality of service across Infiniti dealers. I have experienced incompetence as well as lack of professionalism with this dealer's service team. Note that I have not interacted with their sales, who might be good. But do avoid this place if service matters to you. Update: I had previously given a 1 star rating, but after talking with a mechanic, I decided to update this to 3 star. The mechanic was well-informed and helpful, a very different experience compared to the service team that interacts with customers.
