I was looking forward to going to Granola for breakfast but got there too late and then decided I would try their lunch menu anyway. We had the Danish Style Omelette and the Burrata. It was okay. Dressing was pretty good though. I ordered two juices and were told by the waiter it was made fresh, we ended up getting a cold pressed juice from a bottle. Staff was friendly but the place tries to look like a french brasserie and has not many vibes. I would not recommend it.

I'm going to be honest...It used to be better.. I went here a few years a go and I had the most wonderfull breakfast. It was crowded and not cheap but very much worth it! But i went again in 2015 and was not pleased at all.. The price of the breakfast was the same but my plate was half as full compared to last time (same price though) and i had a seat where i got not even sit (my legs are to long for the bar) and when i asked for a table they said i could not get one because i was all by myself! So i wouldn't recommend it. Sorry.. hope they change the place back like it used to be years ago.

I visited here on a recent holiday/city break as we were staying nearby and was really pleased with my visit. It had a modern bistro kind of feel with a restaurant plus you could also sit and eat at the bar. I had the red grapefruit with mint and the boiled egg and soldiers which was cooked perfectly. It was busy and there was a 20 minute or so wait to eat in the restaurant but this is as expected on a Saturday morning. All of the other meals that were coming out of the kitchen and whizzing by us looked exceptional also. The bread that came with the egg was amazing! Friendly, quick service. My partner also ordered the boiled egg but they forgot to put the bread on the plate when it came out to us but they quickly rectified it and apologised after we pointed it out.

10 minutes to be offered the chance to let a waitress know our order. Over 30 minutes to be served a less than average croque monsieur (ham was the thinnest I've ever seen...). Would not recommend. Over rated. Over priced.

Visited Granola this morning with a bunch of friends excited after hearing good reviews of it. Greeted by very rude staff from the beginning, but decided to persevere. Firstly coffee starting at 45dkk is exorbitant even in Copenhagen, let alone not having any lactose or vegan alternatives. Serving sizes were tiny, and served in a totally uninspiring fashion. Only one member of our party was marginally satisfied with their meal, and we ended up needing to go and grab something else to eat directly afterwards (and we aren't people with massive appetites). Finally when paying was barged out of the way by one waitress as I asked for the bill, and over all ended up feeling like we would have been treated nicer if we'd just walked out without paying.

Good food, but not nearly as good as some of the other cafes on the area, like Mad & Kaffe. Had to wait 20-30 minutes before ordering even a cup of coffee, and was somewhat surprised at the two tiny pancakes you get for €8. This is coming from someone who lives in Luxembourg and is used to paying a lot for food, and the slow pace of European service.

My friend and I had a fantastic and very tasty breakfast here yesterday on our last day in Copenhagen. Food and coffee tasted fantastic! Highly recommend this place!
