Celebrate your love of astronomy in perfect temporal precision with the Aquarius Planetarium, the world's smallest planetarium that sets the sun and six planets at the palm of your hand. Designed by Dutch watchmaker Christiaan van der Klaauw, each minute mechanical piece is arranged it show the planets orbiting the sun while also keeping track of the constellations overhead. Of course you can't expect to have the night sky on your wrist without paying a hefty price, and the twelve unique Aquarius Planetarium made meet that requirement, coming at $100,000 apiece. The rest of us plebeians will have to settle for darkened rooms and tea strained light beams, although that sort of pocket planetarium is beautiful in it's own right ;)
