HRH Princess Basma Bint Ali, patron of the event, charged that energy officials in Jordan have long presented an image of nuclear energy that has been less than forthcoming.

“They are painting a very romantic picture of nuclear energy, as if it will be the silver bullet for all of Jordan’s problems,” she told The Jordan Times.
