Kimberly, I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience at our office. Part of our core values is to be ‘patient focused’, and apparently we failed you.
As far as our hours are concerned, we are normally open until 8pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We changed our Friday hours last year from 10 to 5 to now 9-4 to accommodate earlier patients. We will revisit our hours of operation in our next team meeting.
In reference to the rudeness, I would be interested to hear which staff member was rude to you. Rudeness in our staff is not tolerated.
With respect to our pricing, we have been, and continue to, work on a new layout for our optical and pricing structure. Our goal is not to alienate any patients but to promote what we believe will be best for them medically and fashionably. Every month we run a new promotion and offer several payment plans to alleviate some of the costs. In addition, we do our best to work with both the patient and their eye care insurance provider to achieve a manageable solution to their eye care needs.
