As you might have noticed, Kernel Hub hasn't been fetching new email in quite a while. It is due to the fact that I put too much load on the web server and the hosting company didn't like that very much. I'm currently looking at alternative hosting solutions but will need to rewrite parts of the email fetching code to be able to migrate properly. This will take some time so consider Kernel Hub to be on vacation for a couple of more weeks.

Cheers

I'm doing a complete rewrite of the Kernel Hub. New design and improved performance. Are there any features that you guys are missing? If so, please let me know in the comments.

Here's a screenshot of the new design:

We're having technical difficulties with fetching new emails. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon.

Page for pull requests added to the Kernel Hub.
This makes it a little easier to see what's going in during the merge window. There is also support for Gravatars when viewing a developer.

We're having some additional problems. The cron-job server isn't doing it's job so we're lagging behind on fetching new emails. Things should be back to normal on Thursday.

Note to self: Do not unplug the power to the cron-job server when going on vacation.

We seem to have some spammers occupying the "Most active discussions" list. I'm currently on vacation and not even Chinese cyber criminals are going to change that. I'll take a look at it when I get back.

Hosting company is having some problems, so things have been pretty slow today. Hopefully it's resolved by tomorrow.
