Our article, "Atomic lattice disorder in charge-density-wave phases of exfoliated dichalcogenides (1T-TaS2)" is online:

In this work we directly image periodic lattice displacements in a layered 2D material (1T-TaS2) and reveal the presence of disorder intrinsic to lattice displacements and crystal stacking. The image below shows lattice displacements in a well ordered region at cryogenic temperature.

Our article goes live, "Propagation of Structural Disorder in Epitaxially Connected Quantum Dot Solids from Atomic to Micron Scale". The work uses paracrystal models to describe PbSe nanoparticle superlattices.
