Brought in my car for the Works (Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Multipoint inspection) and was in and out in about 30 minutes. They even washed my car, which I don't ever recall getting before at a quick service location. Dan was my rep and was neat was that the guy who greeted me outside didn't work in service but walked me in and let Dan know what I was there for.

Let me start with the good. Our waitress was very polite and quick to our request. The experience started off poorly because the hostess told us there was a wait to be seated (with no explanation)when we could see multiple seats open. Like I said our server was good, however they were using a tablet software system that delayed the ordering process. Upon ordering we were told that for our pizza we could only do "no toppings" on 1/2, not 1/4 like we requested. Again no explanation just that it was not possible. After our XL $30 pizza came we asked for a few sides of ranch, for which we were charged $2.25 :-(( I suppose I should have looked at the menu a little closer, at which time I would have seen two things: 1. A burger with fries and pretzel bun is $15 (for my son). 2. If you don't pay by cash there is a 2.5% surcharge. We just felt like the food was "ok", way overpriced and when you went to go tip your waitress (after the sticker shock) you were being told about the 2.5% surcharge. I would recommend that the restaurant remove the surcharge along with extra charges for items like ranch, and be and seek to "explain" why something can't be done instead of just saying "no".

We have stayed at many Residence Inns and this one was among the best. From the facilities, the rooms, the staff and the food. All top notch. We really like the barbecue and outside fireplace pit. Made for a relaxing evening. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Was driving from Michigan for Spring Break and the change oil light came on our Traverse. Not wanting to drive back without the maintenance I called to make an appointment. That is when I met Mandy (via phone) who set my appointment, told me about their new location and met me when I arrived in the morning. The new dealership is BEAUTIFUL and the scheduled maintenance was done quick and on time. Thank you Starling Chevrolet for making my vacation an enjoyable one!!

Was looking for help for some neck pain. Went to store and they let me "try" different pillows to find the right one before buying. Who does that anymore? Neck problems gone! Great service.
