Isn't it nice being pampered on holiday?

Whether you're looking for a beauty treatment, or a massage to soothe those weary muscles, Edgewater's Element Day Spa is conveniently located on site.
Congratulations to Mary Lee and the team from the Merino Muster for having the event accepted as part of the WorldLoppet officially sanctioned events.

Mary traveled to the Worldloppett Annual General meeting (21 -24 June) in Riva del Garda (Italy).

Worldloppet is a family of the most famous cross country races worldwide. Participants to the Merino Muster will now be eligible to accept a stamp in their Worldloppet passports.....opening up a whole new bunch of potential participants.

The Merino Muster will run at Snow Farm on 16 August 2014.
Edgewater's wedding and conference guests will soon enjoy a revitalised Pavilion area.

A new, flat flooring (finished in re-cycled timber floor and blue stone tiles), glazed bi-fold doors and more permanent side walls will allow the venue to be sealed and heated more efficiently.

What hasn't changed is the fantastic uninterrupted views of Lake Wanaka and glass roof. The Pavilion caters for guests up to 100 in a formal setting, or with extension marquees up to 160 guests.

Big thumbs up to Cardrona ski area, opening today for the season.

Skiing and riding in main basin for now and with more snow will open other parts of the mountain.
This may come in handy for your next trivia night........

Did you know that Wanaka was previously known by two names?

From 1863 to 1940 the township was known as Pembroke, after a British Colonial Secretary.    In even earlier days there is evidence to indicate Wanaka was known as Oanaka, a corruption of O-Anake or O-Anaka.
Double whammy in Wanaka.  Why not be at the opening days of both Cardrona Alpine Resort, NZ and Treble Cone this season?

Easy Peasy with our last minute ski offer....valid for stays until 3 July. Suite accommodation, with brekky and wi-fi for only $210 per night.
Edgewater is delighted to support TEDxWanaka, a first for Wanaka.

Handpicked speakers from around the country share ideas and inspiration on during the afternoon of 21 June at Rippon Hall.

경치가 좋아요 왠만한건 다 좋은데 단지 조식이 조금 시원찮은것과 와이파이 사용료가 비싸고 와이파이 송수신이 잘 안된다는게 단점입니다
