I bought a Groupon and my first session was with Maggie- she is AWESOME! She is super smart and explained everything very well. She allowed me to ask questions and then take what I liked. I wasn't ready to jump in to HCG so I've done B 12 shots and the biofeedback which resulted in a cleanse. I've lost about 6 pounds so far and last week during my routine check in I met Marie. She was also very helpful and re explained HCG . I can now understand it a little more. At first it was completely foreign. I had hormone blood work done and I will meet with the doctor in a few weeks to review. These two women are outstanding! I wish I could see them each time I visit.

I had a great experience at Atlanta Medical Institute This place I highly recommend to my whole family. I had a biofeedback and it was amazing. I hugged Dr.Nelly when I left they have me on a detox and I see results already. My issue is more complex but I will continue working with them to better my health. They all are very professional and I have my mom and sister coming. Thank you so much LaDawna

I have been a patient at AMI since 2011. Their staff is very friendly and the Doctors are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking for a different approach to healthcare and a plan to actually address your issues instead of covering them up, than this is the place for you.

I saw Dr. Jack L. Cheng today and was absolutely thrilled. I just wanted a more youthful look. He was so spot on in his assessment of what I needed. Dr. Cheng created a schedule of appointments so the work I have looks gradual. I am more than pleased with the procedure I had today and looking forward to my upcoming treatments! I felt comfortable with your staff and you from the moment I came into the office. Thank you so much for making this a fabulously awesome experience.

I haven't been seen by anyone to rate it as "Hated it" however, the customer service I received was absolutely terrible. I was referred by a co-worker who went and had a bio-screening done. Something I figured would benefit me and my health and I was scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, had to call the office on Friday to confirm. The representative mentioned that the doctor was not there that day but assured me she would be the next day for my appointment. Arrived, paid for the co-payment, waited only to be called up about an hour later to receive the news that the doctor was at another location out of state. That employee was nice and refunded me however she told me she would give me a call on Monday to confirm her schedule and then we would reschedule my appointmnet. By Thursday of the following week, I thought I'd given more than enough time for a follow up so I called back and was rudely hung up on after 13 minutes of waiting on hold to speak to someone - I mean phone slammed down in my ear! Then I called back to speak to a manager and the employee named Tiffany sent me to her manager but was extremely rude, kept talking over me and then told me to contact my bank about a refund when I was inquiring about how long it would take to return back to my YSA account which is not a bank issued card. I am disappointed that I haven't even had the opportunity to have an experience with them or their services. I was told just yesterday, 4/09/15 that I would receive a call back end of day once they confirmed the doctor's schedule and yet I had to call them back again. I guess everyone doesn't go above and beyond when dealing with customer... I even left the manager Marie Allen a message and she has yet to call me back either. Hope noone else faces the issues I had.

If you are looking for supervised medical weight loss, you can find this type of service MUCH cheaper elsewhere. If you have health insurance you can go to your primary physician for a small copay and get a prescription from a pharmacy for a tenth of the price they charge. I learned the hard way unfortunately. I felt a little deceived.

They have great information about weight loss. Their main use is the HCG diet. They sell it hard but many people see results. A nice staff.

I have had biofeedback performed on multiple occasions, and highly recommend Nelli and her services. I've had mono for 11 months, and biofeedback is the only thing that has helped as it can not be treated by traditional medicine. It's a long process to rebuild my immune system, but Nelli and biofeedback have done a great deal for me as well as helped with other health issues. I now have several co-workers and friends seeing her for various issues as well like allergies, kidney infections and recovery from surgery. Once I get well, I will continue to get an annual session like a regular check-up from a doctor. It's an amazing process! And now I can use my FSA to pay for it!
