Have to demonstrate Scrum to team leaders in 60 mins or less. Don't want to lecture. Any thoughts on an activity that would fit that time frame? Thanks for any ideas.

I'm in the middle of prepping my students to begin a project using Scrum. During this time, I realized my students were not going to be able to handle a single manila folder with loose post-it notes, so...I made my own. :)

Attached are the instructions (pictures included). I would love to hear your feedback!

When changing our classroom environment, we must take time to prepare our students. We must work to build our students' capacity to take the reigns of their own learning, to seek answers, to explore, and to investigate.

Whenever we try something new, we like to feel success. Adequate preparation increases the chance our attempt will feel exactly that way, but, hey, nobody gets it right the first time.
