i had to travel to Grove City for work and in previous trips stayed at bland hotels in the area. i thought a stay at Terra Nova would be a nice change. it TOTALLY was, the room was clean and so lovely, and breakfast the next morning was delightful. my only gripe is admittedly a quirk: details are not my thing. the need to put in my breakfast in a particular way rubbed me the wrong way, i realize it's for efficiency sake but for my part, it was just annoying. additionally, on the day of arrival, i had anxiety about arriving at a certain time. i'm travelling from about 5 hours away, the weather was bad and the roads are windy. i had to stay in constant contact with the B&B to ensure that i would not get penalized for arriving after my initial started arrival time. i know that from a customer service standpoint the B&B wanted to provide a warm welcome and set the tone for the stay, i completely understand that, and appreciate it. but that day was a nightmare in regards to the roads and a prompt arrival time was beyond my control. in general though, it was a wonderful experience. there was fruit+cheese plate to enjoy later in the evening, i even had a gluten free & dairy free brownie that was SO GOOD i requested the recipe. i would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any of my friends and colleagues.

i have a regular eye doctor that i go to, have been going to his practice for about 5 years. i initially was going to get the lasik procedure done with them, but with a nudge from my husband and friends i decided to get a second opinion. dr. kameen was my 2nd opinion and then became my first option. dr. kameen himself met me, did the examination, answered all my questions and put me at ease. his office is not flashy (very unlike my regular eye dr's), but it's still very warm and his staff is great: friendly and informative. i did not feel push or pressured with them. the cost of the procedure was more expensive but i still opted with them, CUSTOMER SERVICE is so key to me. the day of was fine -- it was everything i expected. dr. kameen followed up with me that night to check on me and met me the next day for my follow up. seriously, the customer focus is impressive. every person reacts differently to the procedure and my expectations were set appropriately. i'm still healing, less than a week later, but i am not in any discomfort. it's a revelation to be able to wake up in the morning and SEE. worth every penny, best 2014 purchase! thank you dr. kameen and your staff!
