The decor was really nice but the staff were very insistent that you ordered straight away even though we were the only 2 people in the restaurant, We ordered potato skins with bacon as our starters and what we got was baked potato with cubes of ham, for mains I got Thai Green Curry no faults there but my partner asked for goujons of chicken and the waitress brought out Chili con Carne when he told her it was the wrong dish the waitress we had in the first place came over and basically barked at him was he sure he had ordered goujons! To top it all off there was lots of little flies which landed in our drinks. . . All in all an absolute disappointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Groovy tunes, very relaxed atmosphere and beer is yum. Get the Linguini for a good bite of scran. Like sitting in your fave room at home

Love the booths and the layout of the downstairs of this place – it felt very New York and exciting when it opened up as the Modern Green Bar a million years ago. One of the few bars in town that makes a decent cocktail without making a gigantic song and dance about it. (Not that songs and dances aren't fine, sometimes). Music is generally pretty good too but in recent times I haven't thought much of the crowd the get in. Maybe I'm just grumpy and old.

really friendly staff and a very cozy place. it's a fun place for drinks before going clubbing. a lot of options around, but the village is the closest, a 15 second walk.

Good food, nice music, and a lovely environment, make this a nice place to be at on Friday night. Mojitos were a bit expensive, though.
