I live nearby and eat here multiple times a week (sometimes more than once in a day). The food is great (The cuban sandwich is amazing!) , the staff is friendly, the wait times are short. I don't understand all of these bad reviews. I've eaten here 100+ times over the past 3 years and had an order wrong exactly once (and that was just brown gravy instead of country gravy on my country fried steak, which is another AWESOME meal). The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. My only complaint is that I don't care for the french fries they serve here, but I can always sub in the breakfast cubed potatoes which is a great option. I often notice customers who come in and ignore the signs that read "please wait to be seated" and then get mad when they aren't seen quickly after seating themselves. Probably those same people who think they are entitled to make their own rules that are leaving these bad reviews. Also, don't show up in the middle of a Fox rush and expect to drop in not have a wait time, eat quickly, and move out before your show starts. You need to be smarter and plan ahead. The general rule is 2 hours before showtime. The $4 early bird (8a-10a M-F) special is a great deal. I've brought many friends & family to dine here and everyone has enjoyed it and started to come back on their own. It's great for diner food!
