Sandwich came to table luke warm. Meatballs were just okay. Pizza was good. Bread that came to the table tasted like it came from a bag. Overpriced for the quality. Nice wait staff along with customer service.

I have to give this place a one star. The portion are small and very expensive. We have been to alot of restaurants in our time but this the only place we go to eat and leave hungry and broke. My family and I laugh every time we walk by or drive by and say let go eat there and then leave to get more food at the cheese cake factory for half the price and double the amount of food. Gotta laugh and learn from mistakes and do not repeat.

I've always wanted to try this place because I always smell the BBQ when passing by, so I finally try it on a Tuesday afternoon with 2 of my friends, the place was completely empty and felt awkward. The service was good and the food came out quickly, the food was alright, not what I expected from the heavy BBQ smell, portions were pretty small for what you paid also.

My dad went there yesterday and got a bad case of food poisoning. My mom and I had some of it too, and our stomachs are in so much pain. Until this place learns to prepare food properly they should go out of business. I'm just being honest.

I made an order on the phone for pick up, i got a 10" inch pizza The works and a foil dish of a small portion of pasta, when i got there the pizza was super small and the pasta was a small foil dish, it came to 29 dollars. What was i thinking ordering from this place. i couldn't even comprehend what cost almost 30 dollars. i should have just ordered from dominos or pizza hut. the prices at this place is ridiculous! It wasn't even that great of food, if they would lower the prices i would eat there but other than that, i can see an out of business sign in the near future.

Today I called the east lake location to see if I could have a pizza ready to pick up at 8:30 pm. A young lady named Jen answered. When I asked her, she told me that I could not because they close at 8:30. I politely asked if they could perhaps make an exception to allow someone to quickly pop in and pay for a pizza waiting for them at 8:30. She told me to hold on a moment, I said sure presuming that she was asking her manager. I then heard her pick up the other line, give a bunch more no's to the other poor soul that had the gall to want to spend their hard earned money at her place of employment. She then proceeded to pick up my line an say no, someone could not come in and pick up an already prepared pizza at, not past mind you, their closing time. If they closed at 8:00 I would understand the no. I was not asking her to stay an hour late, I just wanted to pick up a pizza after work. When someone calls my place of employment, and asks if they could pick up something at closing, I am grateful that that they called ahead of time, that way I can have their product waiting for them. The customers usually have no choice as to where to get what they need at that time, but I am still gratefully for the business. Restaurants are a luxury however, and they should be doubly gratefully that someone wants to drop off some of their hard earned money right at closing. I suppose putting money into a till and handing over a pizza right at closing is too difficult...
